About Us – We are a 55+ Resident-Owned Community located in Central Florida 9 miles south of Zolfo Springs and 12 miles north of Arcadia off of US17. Built in 1992 with 258 sites on 30 acers bordering Charlie Creek to the north and south is The Bluffs Golf Course an 18 Hole USGA Golf Course which is a favorite of golfers from throughout south-central Florida. Our Condominium Association Board of Directors is made up of residents looking out for the well-being of our community and upkeep of the facilities.
